Manuscript transcript from lectures or possibly Chabert's manuscript textbook of veterinary pharmacology. Pages 1-344 contain descriptions of drugs and their use in alphabetical order. Typically, each application is written in first person, giving a personal view of how Chabert treated animals. The descriptions are followed by indices of the forty four drugs mentioned, of about two hundred diseases, and a list of current drug prices. Among the diseases mentioned are anthrax and glanders.
